Step 4: Locate the closest LabCorp location and begin your request. Select "I have a Groupon voucher" and enter your voucher number.

Step 5: LaboratoryAssist will send you a lab voucher form. Bring the voucher to your selected LabCorp location to complete testing.

Step 6: Results are faxed to your doctor and can be sent directly to you too.

A valid referral from a physician is required to receive testing.
