What was the inspiration to start or run this business? My inspiration was from wanting to give my customers the best salon experience that they can have. I wanted to be able to work at my own pace and not feel like I had to get each customer in and out in minutes. I wanted to be able to make my customers happy the way doing my job makes me happy.
What do you love most about your job? I love making people feel as beautiful and handsome as they possibly can. I love that in an hour of less, I can turn someone’s bad day into a great day.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? The best feedback I’ve ever received from a customer was for the customer to give out my name as a referral to their friends and family and also when they come back to see me again for their next appointment.
