I purchased a 4 hour clean (2 people/2 hrs). During the consult call, I was asked what areas I would like them to concentrate on and I said kitchen and baths. I have a 1470 sf home so it’s not terribly large. All they did was clean the kitchen and baths. Carpet wasn’t vacuumed, in fact bedrooms weren’t touched at all, beds weren’t even made. They were nice but I wouldn’t use again. Disappointed.

Only one person was sent instead of two but she worked diligently and did an excellent job. Prices are quite high but the service is outstanding.

I got the 1hr option to see. Customer service with Shaun was on point, professional and immediate. We were able to schedule for a cleaner within the week. Elizabeth was really good! She did a great job on the kitchen! We recommend them and we will be booking subsequent appointments for cleaning.
Note, 1hr only gave us the cleaning of 1 area, if you have multiple areas buy more time!

She broke a statue and the office called me immediately and said they would call back the next day to make it right and I didn’t hear from them.
