The Front desk Cynthia is Awesome she's very knowlegable and explains every detail. The membership is a No Brainer!GREAT offer! The prices and discounts are great. Today was my 1st time there Maggie was good she checked in all the time to make sure pressure was good and adjusted as needed a littler faster strokes than I'm not used to but she knows what she's doing cuz the pain from my back and shoulder and feet subsided almost instantly. The tipping process is a little uncomfortable as the therapist waits for you to tip right there and they make sure that is #1 priority, I always tip good so it kinda made me a little uncomfortable but i get it, I heard a few Noises and a few bangs That I heard over the music (may have been next door) but nothing to complain about. Overall very good experience and will be coming back and I did Purchase the year membership!
