This has helped me to cut back on smoking. I now go through 1 pack every three days and it has only been a week. It also helps me to fall asleep at night. I recomend this to anyone wanting to cut down on or quit smoking. I don't fell the anxiety, nervousness or withdrawl from the nicotien. When I found this deal I wasn't even wanting to quit/cut down, but I thought "why not?", and it worked! I hope it continues to work the more I listen each night.

I was super relaxed, but wide awake during the whole thing. Mostly talked about relaxing, not weight loss. Not sure it was worth the money.Maybe I am just resistant to being hypnotized, but I expected to at least fall asleep.
