Choose a package of one on one personal training sessions where you work on individualized exercise plans crafted towards your goals. All personal training bundles include an evaluation to help you determine what is the best next step in your fitness journey. Regardless of your level of experience I want to help you improve your fitness in a safe and enjoyable way.
Five or ten in person sessions. These are both great options to try out personal training for a short period of time and see if its the right fit for you. Both of these include an in person evaluation to help you make good decisions for continuing on in your training from where you are.
One month of virtual training. This option is perfect for people who need a little remote assistance or are new to training. This package includes weekly check-ins to review progress and adjust programming as needed
Two for one strongman beginner's classes at Chiseled Life. Each week we go over a different set of strongman events and how to perform them safely and implement them in your training. Come find your strength!
