• Large Roof Leak Repair - Walkable 2- story includes basic labor for shingles patch or a flat roofing torch down patch. Some repairs will require materials and additional trips at an additional cost. (additional costs vary per property)
• Get $400 Worth of Flat Roof and Shingle Roof Repairs for $200 , for any repairs that may include damage to the decking or insulation this options applies to labor only and can be used once per household. Cannot be purchased multiple times or accumulated to purchase a new roof or complete tear-off. Does not apply to tile, slate or TPO systems.
• 1-Story Chimney Flashing Repair Walkable Roof applies to any small sized chimney flashing to be repaired for leaking by sealing the existing flashing with roofing cement. Larger than 24x20 chimneys will be charged additionally based on size
• Any non-walkable pitched roof will be charged additional $100 minimum , and when scaffolding and specialty ladders are required additional costs , will be discussed prior to any work being performed outside of the description of any purchased voucher.
