The one on one relationship built between trainer and client. All clients receive knowledge and tips throughout their workout.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Through positivity and customized workouts! At ThunderBird Fitness we understand that everyone is at different fitness levels. Through modification and creativity, we push our clients to achieve their goals while reminding them, we are here every step of the way.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After playing basketball for 8 years, I learned a few qualities. A couple of those traits included teamwork and most importantly work ethic. My aspiration is to share my athletic passion and to help others achieve their fitness goals.

What do you love most about your job?
The smiles on the face of my clients after they have achieved their goals and see their results.
