Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I check on my clients through text and FaceTime. I also provide exercise assignments to ensure success betweeen sessions.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The birth of my daughter inspired me to start Urban Mama Fit. Women are busy doing so many things and it's essential to maintain healthy living despite our busy schedules. Urban Mama Fit provides busy women with a way to effectively workout, eat right, and de-stress.

What do you love most about your job?
I love connecting with women and inspiring them to tap into their inner strength.
