Why Blindfolds Instead of Night Vision Goggles? Due to regulations from the Washington Liquor Control Board, alcohol cannot be served in complete darkness. While we’re working with them to potentially change this rule (and they’re interested!), we use blindfolds for now to stay compliant—because government time doesn’t move as fast as ours.

How do you eat—just finger food?
