What We Offer

  • One 60-Minute Deep-Tissue Massage with Cupping
  • One 75-Minute Deep-Tissue Massage with Cupping
  • One Session of Acupuncture and Cupping
  • One Physical Therapy Session (30- to 45-Minute) with Cupping

One session of Acupuncture is approximately a one-hour session. Acupuncture is performed by inserting sterile, disposable needles into specific points on the body. Treatments regulate the body's systems to promote healing, relieve pain and reduce inflammation, prevent illnesses, and enhance total well-being.

The Cupping session is completely optional, you may choose to skip it. Cupping time is around 5-10 minutes. Please be advised that Cupping can leave bruises-like marks up from a day to two weeks, it varies from different individuals. Cupping is most commonly used for stagnation-related ailments, including tension and stress or neck and back pains, as well as to help activate the immune system, detoxify the body, and promote a heightened sense of well-being.

Deep-Tissue Massage helps to release a deeper level of muscular tension, often preferred for deep-rooted, long-term chronic pains. It helps reduce stress and pains, increase circulation, and promote calmness in the mind and body by applying strong pressure following the Acupuncture meridians (therapists are able to adjust to the client's preferences in regards of pressures). Shall you prefer using aromatic oils (organic-based, good-quality oils: Lavender, Eucalyptus, Citrus, or Unscented) for your massage, please let your therapist know. Please be advised that tenderness may occur after Deep-Tissue Massage, especially for those who do not get it often.

Physical Therapy is a medical specialty where mechanical movements, exercise, and other manual therapies are used to treat pain, function, mobility issues, and quality-of-life problems. The Physical Therapist examines each individual and develops a plan using treatment techniques to address movement and pain issues, restore joint and muscular functionality, and help prevent disability.
