My name is Kristen, I work for Zen Zone Therapeutics and I've been a licensed massage therapist since 2015. I perform Swedish massage with light to firm pressure. I also do hot stone, Himalayan stone, cbd, aroma/aroma scalp massage, and hand/foot scrubs that are added on to your massage. I like to focus on the upper body. Helping to relieve stress and the aches and pains most people have. I also do really good glute and leg work for those that are active and need more focus there as well. Being a massage therapist is the only thing I love to do when it comes to working. I'm able to help people relieve their pain and stress. I'm able to make someone's day better and put smiles on their face. So many people have underlying mental issues like depression and anxiety. I know that touch can help with alot of that tension and life is hard. So being able to help is why I love my job.
