Overall, a very good experience. The front desk staff was very nice, as were most of the bartenders. Cabana boys were very friendly and fun. I, personally, thought the area was perfect as I liked being within walking distance of Duval St. without being right in the middle of the action. I loved that we had a beach area to hang out around, since I noticed on the other side of the island not all of the hotels have this type of area. Dining on the beach was a nice experience, but I felt very limited with the type of food I could order. The food was ok, but not up to par with the prices charged for it. We found better dining for less money elsewhere on the island. I did love the views by the pool and from our room-it was just beautiful! Also, I really liked the gym, but it does not have a good view of the water or anything. You are basically looking at the street the whole time. That doesn't really matter to me, but it might make a difference to some. I do recommend this hotel overall.
pros: Staff was very nice; loved the beach area with the hammocks, and the beautiful grounds. Torches and fire pits at night made for a perfect ambiance.
cons: Overpriced dining and not many low-key options for a quick snack. Coffee not available in room (only espresso) and costs $4/cup with no refills for to-go cup. With a $25 daily resort fee, it felt like we were being nickeled and dimed.

A perfect getaway hotel with great amenities!
pros: The location, the staff, and overall ambience of the hotel was fantastic! Very peaceful and relaxing! The beach chairs, fresh towels, and hammocks were also a plus!
cons: There wasn't an ocean view included with the priceline deal for the hotel. I didn't like how the beach didn't walk right into the ocean due to the rocks and seaweed, although the beach area was very nice!

The hotel is generally very nice but keep in mind you need to pay additional 50 dollars for parking and resort fee.
pros: Public areas like swimming pool, beach and lobby is very nice.
cons: We were given a room right next to the elevator and the room was weird for luxurious resort. No desk, no bath tub, and small beds(2 beds in the room).
