Welcoming atmosphere with friendly and professional staff.

Most unprofessional place I've ever been to. Went for my second appointment and no one showed up. The place was still locked. When I called to see where they were, the girl argued with me saying that I didn't have my appointment that day. When she opened her day planner, she did in fact have me scheduled. Worst place ever, don't waste your money. These girls have no idea how to run a business. Surprised they are still open.

The staff there did not all seemed to be trained properly and were very disorganized.

THIS PLACE IS BEYOND TERRIBLE!!! THEY BURNT OFF MY HAIR LINE WITH THEIR LASER DURING AN IPL TREATMENT THAT WAS NO WHERE NEAR THE HAIR LINE. THE HAIR HAS NOT GROWN BACK AND I RECEIVED NO COMPENSATION WHATSOEVER!!!! THEY WOULDN'T EVEN RETURN THE TAX I PAID THEM AND SAID IF I WANTED IT I HAD TO DRIVE OUT THERE TO GET IT IN PERSON (40 MINUTES AWAY...COULD THEY NOT SEND A CHECK OR REFUND MY CC???) HORRIBLE!!! WILL NEVER GO THERE EVERRRRR AGAIN IN A MILLION YEARS. NO ONE SHOULD EVER GO HERE!!!!

Not professional. Major differences in knowledge and approach between laser staff. Do not recommend.
