I took my grandkids, ages 9 & 11, and had a fabulous time. Our young instructor was excellent. And both my kids caught a trout!

It was a very good experience I recommend it for anyone who wants to start fishing but does not really know how to go about it. The kids loved it even though they didn't catch anything. very knowledgable staff, I highly recommend.

Overall the course was good but when it came time to actually fish (the last 60 min) it was chaotic - the space where the majority of the fish are is small so everyone was all over each other casing their lines left and right (the wind didn't help). There were only two instructors for 20 kids and they didn't come over to each child to check on them. Instead, they relied on parents for support (I don't fish so I wasn't much help). They tried to make sure each child had a chance to catch one or get a picture with one but there were some kids in tears because they were insuccessful. Our family left pretty upset and frustrated.
