The pork sandwich was tender and juicy. Not overcooked and dry. The potato salad was more of a mustard base mashed potato but was good.

The pull pork sandwichs were so big that we pull off some of the meat and made a extra sandwich for the next meal. We really enjoyed the sandwiches. :)
