I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the Braintree spa. The staff was wonderful. I had to change my appointment time several times and the staff was so accommodating. Everyone I met throughout my initial consultation to my first treatment was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Just had my first treatment a couple days ago and eager to see results. I had my full bikini done- painless!

Amazing experience! Everyone is so nice and explains every step of the process to you. No complaints at all and I'm very happy with the results of my laser treatment so far!

After the excellent treatment I have been receiving getting laser hair removal on one area of my body, I decided to add another area I wanted doing so I get both done at the same time. Ashley is always concerned about my comfort throughout the session and I cannot recommend her enough. I love going to this salon and plan other treatments in the future.

I have had 3 hair removal treatments with Ashley so far and am very pleased with the results so far and the professionalism and friendliness of not only Ashley but all the staff I have dealt with at Laser MD. I have been treated with respect (which I do not get everywhere I go due to my unusual appearance) and that is refreshing as I have been to other salons and not had this.
