Intense but approachable workouts and senior students help coach newcomers. Focus on technique as well as fitness in the striking classes.

It’s not too big so as soon as you walk in it’s not too overwhelming. I took the boxing class level one for the first time and the instructor was chill and welcoming. The class was six people including me and they all helped me learn the basics. Honestly this place was amazing and I’ve only been there once.

Liked the gym, instructors were pretty good about watching many people and still correcting everyones mistakes, they took their time to demonstrate and answer any questions. Very happy with the gym and everyone was freindly other then the kid at the front desk, dont know what his deal was sitting there completely ignoring us until jon came up, simple hello would have been nice. Jon took care of us and got us started 👍🏻

The facility is great and the instructors are supremely qualified. Guy himself would instruct the Muay Thai class on occasion.
