I've been coming to the salon for almost a year, and their service, quality and customer service is consistently exceptional. The keratin straightening treatment turned out far better than I could've ever imagined. My hair is very thick, the treatment has made my hair super manageable and straight. I'm telling everyone I know!

I got a keratin treatment and the actual treatment only took 2 hours, but the resutls have not been as good as I had hoped. my hair is still frizzy and the texture is not as smooth as I have had in the past. I will not go back for another keratin treatment again.

I would NOT recommend this place even to my enemy! I did not disclose that the work will be done by volunteer students. I feel like I have thrown my money away for absolutely nothing. My 4 year old nephew could have done that kind of job or oven better. There is no way I can call it a pedicure and spa manicure. It was just a brief filing, some slapping of lotion, cuticle oil and polish....so sad. I really don't have much money and get to do nails maybe twice a year. After this trip I wanted to cry. If I wanted a bad student nail job, I could have gone to the beauty school where I would be charged $5 not $21( $42 full price) and it would be under supervision of an instructor Never again!!!!

This mani/pedi was not up to my usual standards.
