Not a good experience. I'd called to make an appt last week but wasn't on the books when I got there. The person who took me anyway did a nice job on color but cut my hair at least an inch shorter than we discussed. Bangs were also cut unevenly and waaaay too short (even though I told her my hair was curly) and rather than initially admitting her mistake, tried arguing with me, telling me she wasn't finished and that I needed more product. Seriously, my bangs look like Jim Carrey in Dumb and Dumber. Will just have to wait for them to grow out. Sorry Swank - not Swanky at all.
