Yana was fantastic! Personable and present - just a delightful lady. It is difficult to walk the line between a client's ideas and fears about their hair and what the stylist thinks, as an expert, would best suit their hair and face. Some stylists ride rough-shod over the client. Others are too timid to suggest other approaches that might make the client happier. Yana balanced this perfectly - being absolutely respectful of my desires and fears while giving me room to consider something a little different. My hair is much shorter than I had thought I would go, but it looks SO much better. I am absolutely thrilled with the cut and even more thrilled I have found my "regular" hair stylist.

Yana is an excellent hair stylist. I was really pleased with her following instructions on the color but she was able to take the lead in recommending styling when I said do what you like.
