About Numero Uno Pizza

Load up on toppings or opt for a simple slice of cheese at Numero Uno Pizza, Agoura Hills' classic pizza venue. It serves everything including gluten-free and low-fat options. This pizzeria's fully stocked bar is a perk for patrons who enjoy a fine wine (or more) with their meal. Outdoor seating is ready for diners on those warm summer days.

Reserve a table in advance and get seated when you're ready. Not a popular place for dress-up dining, most Numero Uno Pizza patrons come in casual attire. Feed the gang at your next get-together with catering from Numero Uno Pizza as well. Delivery and takeout are both available if you prefer to eat in the comfort of your own home.

The pizzeria is next to a parking lot, but drivers can also settle for street parking.

You won't want to go anywhere else for a superlative piece of pizza than to Numero Uno Pizza's great restaurant.

Same great pizza as always. Sad that so few locations remain. The one in Thousand Oaks closed years ago so this is the one I’ve been going to since. Pizza was made quicker than the estimate I was given over the phone. One issue I have with all locations is sometime the pizza can be soggy/undercooked in the center. I keep forgetting to make sure that they check this before cutting and boxing it.

I've been eating Numero Uno Pizza since a kid in the 80's. Nothing compares to the slightly sweet crust of their deep dish. Most people I know don't like the chunky tomatoes on top, but I love it. Though one might assume all deep dish pizza leaves a greasy feeling in your stomach and face, for some reason this pizza doesn't. Chain thin-crust pizzas are far greasier in my opinion. Any pizza that starts with a great crust, the toppings dont matter much after that point. In fact, they have a Romano Bread Puff that is like their crust, fluffy and full of flavor, only with oil and romano cheese for extra yummy-ness! Two slices will have most people full, though it's so good, like a bag of potatoe chips, before you know it, your half way through it, so be careful. Their pizza reheats excellently in the oven for 5 minutes to bring it back to a crispy and flaky original texture and flavor. Microwave reheat is okay, only I cover it with a dish to lock in the moisture for about 20 seconds in the microwave. Any more time in the microwave the dough can get chewey. Better underdone in the microwave than overdone in my opinion when I dont have time for the oven preheat. I've never varied from Pepperoni, Mushroom, and Olives, but I'm sure any of your favorite toppings will work well with in their pies.
