About Twin Dragons Martial Arts & Fitness

The instructors at Twin Dragons Martial Arts & Fitness aren't concerned with tournaments and trophies. Instead, they spend their energies encouraging students to develop confidence, self esteem, and strength. They teach children ages 3–6 martial arts during Little Dragon sessions, which focus on teaching children basic techniques while committing them to be respectful to their families, themselves, and anyone who won't give them a cookie on-demand. Adults can also improve themselves with martial-arts classes in all belt levels, as well as fitness kickboxing and women's self defense.
