Programs are designed to build strength and fitness with intense group training over a 45-minute period. Bootcamp classes include Kettlebell, Tabata, HIIT, Shred, Bodyblast, Cardio Core, Power Abs, Bootycamp & Fitbody. We also offer specialty classes like Zumba, Boxing, Power Yoga and Strength Camps.
