When I called to make reservations it was disorganized. The girl didn't know what to do and infact had to call me back. For the price was high since it was coach. Not really worth it.

Wish I went while the tree were changing but still pretty. We upgraded to first class which was well with it!

This was a great gift for my boyfriend as he loves the CVSR and we had a great time.
