Nail tech was very skilled in her work

Decor is very clean and pretty.

I really only have one complaint and that was we were the first customers of the morning we got there as they unlocked the doors and what was a lite disturbing was that the work station right when you come in the first one you see, had not been cleaned up the night before. There was hair all over the floor, a used bag of chips and a hair product box. I was surprised to see that but I thought maybe after hours they stayed and did each others hair and they were tired and didn't clean it up. So now that they are open they will. Customers came in and out and for over an 1 1/2 hours no one cleaned it up. We had two apts. so I was there for 3+ hours. Someone finally did clean it up by then

This salon have lot of different services which make it different I have had differnt services done at salon facial is wonderful stylist that do facial know what she doing.Nail tech is wonderful I love her designs and she take her time when she get done with her pedcure bottom of your feet feel like baby behind.

My nail specialist was not friendly, inviting or helpful. It was obvious that they really did not want my repeat business.

Hard to leave a message

At first I was happy with services but after a couple of visit owner not nice and not happy with services. When trying to discuss this matter she got an attitude - Iwould not recommend this salon to anyone! Also extremely slow - hours to get a mani-pedi.

My natural nails were filed not only on the edge but also significantly on the top. All but two of my nails have broken down to the quick. I dont think I will be free of this problem until these nails fully grow out. The tech should have known better.
