Hummus House provides a spin on Greek pitas by offering American styled proteins in their pitas like buffalo chicken, Philly cheese steak, tuna salad, or more traditional falafel or antibiotic free grilled chicken. Once guests enter they start with a selecting a protein of their choice and a homemade vegan falafel or a traditional gyro as a base. After a protein is selected and laid on their choice of base guests customize their meal with fresh veggies, tabouleh, and can add one of Hummus Houses 14 sauces. Guests then top it off with any of the 6 hummus flavors ranging from roasted garlic to guacamole hummus or add sides like fried cauliflower, pita chips, or baklava to complete the meal.
