Jessica was excellent. She asked a lot of questions about how I wanted my hair cut, and spend a lot of time adding layers on my hair just the way I wanted it.

She's listens well. Be clear about the color you'd like. I wound up a bit blonder than I intended but had I brought in a picture, I think that she would've matched it well.
