Amazing teachers and challenging classes

Both instructors have been great. The studio uses Allegro Balance Body machines - great. Five people per class. Studio is difficult to find, but I wouldn't let that deter you. I have taken reformer pilates classes for years going to lots of different studios, I have my own reformer at home, and I would completely recommend this studio. ❤️
