I went in for a wax, and the lady who did the waxing made it as quick and painless as possible. She was also very kind and patient with me, as waxing is not a comfortable process! Also the salon atmosphere was nice and clean, and parking wasn't a problem.

Nuzhat, the esthetician at Ixia Salon - is amazing! Waxing is always going to be painful, but I believe she took less than 10 minutes for the Brazilian - quick and thorough! Knowledgable and friendly, I think I'll stick with her :)

The owner is very efficient, pleasant, quick and knows what she is doing. I highly recommend. I experienced some of the best costumer service I've seen in a while, and I will definitely be back! Great experience she is so friendly, polite, and fast. I can tell she wants to do a good job. She asked how I was doing afterwards and since it was my first time she asked if I needed help with anything. When you walk in she is upstairs the receptionist lady will be on her ipad not helping.
