I am SO glad I'm doing this class! I had been suffering from a severe tendonitis in my shoulder and now my sciatica. I had been going to a chiropractor and physical therapy and decided to try this class. It has helped me more than the others so I am only doing this now and it definitely makes me feel better! Casey is so knowledgeable, and I've learned a lot about the "right" way to move my body so as not to hurt it. You can tell she really wants to help us heal, and I highly recommend Casey and this class!!

Took a class yesterday. A beautiful space and welcoming staff snd participants. A great workout while having fun dancing. Great for beginners as well as experienced NIA fans.
