Class was fun and had a lot of variations for different skill and strength levels, staff were very helpful, everyone was welcoming and I didn't feel like anyone noticed my lack of rhythm or coordination! I'm looking forward to going to the next POUND class and trying a few other options!

Great facilities (floors are a bit slippery, but other than that really nice). Awesome staff (very welcoming, professional, friendly, and super helpful)...Incredibly exceptional instructors! Hands-down the best adult dance/fitness program in Albuquerque, and reasonably priced to boot!!
