Poor customer service

I booked an appointment for 9 a.m. At 11:20 they couldn't find residence although they had correct address in GPS. I was told they would be right over. At 12:30 with still, no show, I called and cancelled. Time wasted for me; I removed all of my ceiling vent covers, #20 to make it easier for them! What a waste of my time, I ended up doing the lower vents and furnace myself! Thanks NM AIR,

I would never use this company again. Mis-daignosed a odor in the home. Cost me $1400, and still had to get another company to fix the smell.
