Barbara gives a great massage and will tailor it to your needs. Everything is clean, and cleaned between each customer. Temperatures recorded before taken back into a massage room.

I had a great massage as well as 15 minutes in the sauna. Thoroughly relaxed. Carolyn was my masseuse and was excellent.

IR Therapy was very relaxing. I was given water with lemon essential oils to help in the detox process. Each sauna is in a private room.
