I moved here from Washington DC and went there on day 2 in Albuquerque. Monica did a fantastic job on my brows, and I mean really Very thorough. . The staff in the salon was also wonderful. When I made the appointment, it was quiet. But then I think the owner was there for my appointment, and she brought a lot of energy to the place. One thing I thought was great was that Monica indicated that the owner was the "nicest boss I ever worked for". That was a great testament that they will be a success. Happy employees are key. Will definitely get all of my waxing there.

My first time at Primp and Go. They are still finishing construction. Not quite set on all their services. Will give them a second try.

I was highly disappointed because I called first and rather than be straight forward they were not entirely honest and I left less than satisfied. It was extremely uncomfortable because the stylist clearly dIDnT know what he was doing. The deep conditioner wasnt actially a deep condition. Just all and all a bad experience.

I had my eyebrows waxed...the tech left several hairs and did not shape them properly. I have to tweeze when I got home.
