even at almost closing they had a good selection ( it's a buffet ) and the quality was as good as on prior visits

The only bummer is that the food isn't always as (temperature) hot as I'd like it to be as they serve it "buffet" style. When it's just cooked and super hot it's unbelievable. When it's medium temp I wish they had a microwave to nuke it.
