I went for three sessions. The first time I did not notice any difference. The next two times it made a big difference. It is not like the other massages I have had. It is more like a combination of light massage and energy work. Usually after a massage, I feel sleepy and want to take a nap. After Craniosacral massage, I felt just as relaxed, but clear and alert. M chronic health conditions were improved for about 3 days. I don't know how it works, just that it works. I highly recommend Stillpoint if you are open to alternated health treatments.

Office setup not ideal. Building itself does not have easily accessed bathrooms, must get key from office visiting. If SIH door locked upon arrival (as it was in my case) makes it difficult to use bathroom.
