Like Superman, TheSuperRun can be found in major metropolises doing good for the everyday citizen. The family-friendly, super-hero themed run benefits local nonprofits, while also motivating participants to move their bodies. Competitors are encouraged to dress in costume and run as fast as their legs and capes can carry them through the 5K or 1-mile course.
