It's wasn't truly a 5k. They messed up with the course route and its was 2.77mi. But they donated a few thousand to a local charity which was great.

Runners start the UV Splash Color Dash in white T-shirts, but by the end, they'll all be wearing the same colorful glow-in-the-dark uniform. As they traverse the 5K course, they'll be gently hit with splashes of UV-colored water. In the nighttime darkness—and under black lights that line the course—the colorful stains will glow, making the cavalcade of runners into a glowing, moving constellation. At the end of the race, each human painting can hang out and replenish in an post-dash celebration.

Very simple, boring run and only one color so should've been yellow splash. Color was just water. They need to research color runs and glow paint. I've done many and won't do theirs again.

The color stations were few and far between. The Hudson sprayers were not very effective.

There are only a couple of areas I would suggest to improve on... the first is to get more organized. The second would be to line the path better with more black lights and music.

Not a well thoughtout course not well lit and the holes made it a tripping hazard. Barely any UV material through the color zones...lame.

Very disappointing amount of color...too few color stations. Also, the course wasn't well marked, going through fields without any real directions, other than follow the crowd in front of you. They also did not plan for wet weather and the after party didn't exist. DJ shut down before all the runners even finished, so felt like we didn't get what we paid for.
