A 60 minute massage should be just that, not 45 minutes. A 90 minute massage should be 90 minutes not 75 minutes.

Get "firm stable" chairs for waiting room, and better chairs or a BENCH for massage rooms. The massage therapist I had,(Cherry) wasted a lot of time getting the cream from the jar, vs doing the massage. I am used to those who use an oil or lotion with pump and utilize their time better.I felt she was just getting started on one area when she moved to another.

I recommend offering tea before the massage. I also think you should let the clients know how much the service is normally so that they can tip accordingly.
