Great price! Directions on claiming membership could be a lot better, like "Activate purchase and take that number to BJ's Customer Service desk for membership card". Only reason I didn't give it 5 Stars.

Very friendly and helpful

I love shopping at BJs but was a little disappointed that the app wasn't working when scanning items to check out on my phone without having to stand in line. I hope they get it fixed soon.
