This was a sub-contract driver, with a car that was a bit older. Driver was great, had water for me, and really helpful

The reservation process was a bit shaky, causing me to worry a bit because our departure time was on a Sunday outside of regular business hours, at 4:30am. I sent an email, as instructed with my contact and travel information. Eight hours later, I got a message back that they had "to much work" and asking that I send a list of information, most of which I'd already provided. Two hours after that, I got another message that I had not responded. Both of these came at night, after I'd already turned in. I replied with the requested information the next day. The urgency of the 2nd response made me wonder if I was in danger of losing my reservation slot.

- Driver was over 20 mins late
- Driver went to wrong pick-up location, even after being told about which location to go to OVER 4 times
- Driver came dressed in JEANS and collared T-shirt
- Driver was drinking soda and talking on the phone WHILE HE WAS DRIVING
- Driver was promoting his own car service instead of CP Limo
- And in all this, he didn't apologize for being late or discourteous even once.
Believe me no one can make this stuff up!! Simply put: The most horrible car service experience I've ever had in all my trips around the U.S!!!!

when you are in the wrong, be up front about your mistake and own it. the more you try to make excuses for the mistake, the greater the possibility of losing a customer.

Extremely unprofessional. Went back and forth a dozen times trying to explain they had to at least honor the paid amount on the voucher. Ridiculously overpriced. I still have another unused voucher, but it's not worth the hassle.

The cost turned out to be no cheaper than other rates found on-line. Everything worked out well but the person I dealt with on the phone did not leave me with a feeling of confidence that it would.
