I love taking classes at lunch time. Since MVAC does not offer classes at that time, I am able to utilize their On Demand vido system allowing me to take classes during lunch when the studio is free. Upkeep of the gym is meticulous and equipment is in great condition. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Friendly small and easy to get to. Renovating the facility. Mostly tennis but good classes for exercise and a welcoming atmosphere. Talk to Josh, who's positive out look is infectious!

Jaime helped me through the process of signing up and was so helpful and nice! I really like that the gym is small and cozy. They have day care! Celeste is there every day m-f to watch kids and she loves her job and I love her!

I had a massage. I have been receiving massages approx. every 2 weeks for the last 15 years. Dean is one of the three best massage therapists I have every had. She's great.
