My big complaint right now is a delay in getting the final product - print image and CD from him. We exchanged a few emails to arrange for me to pick up my package or for him to mail the package to me. He seems to have dropped off the face of the earth during the past month and will not respond to email. I even stopped by the studio that he rents in Alexandria and left a message with the receptionist there. Haven't heard from him or received my images :(
