I took this class with Amanda last year and it was awesome. This time around I took this class with Meaghan and she was amazing as well! She was very helpful she really believed we could do this!! It was a great class!!!

Amazing and really comfortable atmosphere! I've taken a few classes with them and Nel is by far the best instructor!

Instructors are very helpful. Wear shorts as they are more helpful when doing some of the moves.
