Don't worry if you are inexperienced. The instructors are patient and give you alternative poses so that are set up for success. This was my first time.

The facility is nice and new, however, they keep changing times of the classes every week and it becomes very difficult to adjust everything around their class schedules. Even after leaving them feedback about it, they don't seem to care.
