Very calming and relaxing atmosphere.

I would have enjoyed my time better in a quiet atmosphere the masseuse talked and asked questions during the entire massage.

Hav more personnel there and a more professional environoment.

Masseuse was not very good. Atmosphere was not relaxing.

Not organized at all, accepted way more business then they could handle. The staff was rude and unproffessional. Worse Massage place ever.

Be more professional and don't remind guests several times that there are tip envelopes.

I had called and set up an appointment for a massage a week and a half later. When I showed up, there wasn't anyone there. I called them back to find out what was going on and come to find out they had charged my credit card, for the remaining balance, but did not schedule an appointment for me. It wasn't untill a couple weeks later that I was finally able to get a massage.
