About HAIR by Syreeta J

Syreeta J’s love for styling hair blossomed organically. She mastered her skills while growing up, as she worked on her family members’, friends’, and her own hair, and eventually landed her first job as an assistant stylist at age 16. However, after she dealt with skin irritations that caused hair loss and her mother suffered an allergic reaction that affected her hair, she decided focus her energies on haircare in addition to styling.

With a suite of healthy products in hand, she expertly applied extensions and hair replacements to create lustrous, full heads of hair for clients of all ages. She uses products from Pravanna, Joico, Mazani, and Niarobi, explaining, "I have spent years trying different products and these … are close to what I believe in and have great reputations." She also restores damaged hair with deep-conditioning treatments and aldehyde-free keratin treatments when she’s not cutting and coloring manes.
