In the beginning, it is better to concentrate on form than on strength. You can hurt yourself and be out for a while and get discouraged.

TSK classes are focused on children and basic cardio. Adults who are looking to learn MMA technique will not learn anymore than basic jabs as they focus too much on cardio, and the class sizes are too large to get accurate feedback as often as needed.

Smelly gloves that the trial users all use. Smelt really bad and made my hands itch. Also to long for a uniform and fresh pair of gloves. I'm a clean freak and that defiantly just did it for me.
