Very unsatisfied as I was never given any post-treatment care instructions as the Sales Rep was too focused on selling follow-up packages. My skin has been very sensitive and has even bled.

time spent on actual facial not long enough, didn't see any difference and nobody noticed any.

The person was wonderful but I have never had a 20 min. facial before. The advertised location was minutes from my home but when I went to book they were only at that location 1 day a wk. People kept coming into the room the whole time talking to her

I upgraded to the dermaplaning as per her advice/recommendation but doing caused us not to receive part of the facial process. I feel like I wasn't really informed that upgrading cancelled out my facial which is what I paid for) so I paid extra for the dermaplaning, which may have been a better option but I didn't know until it was over that we couldn't get the mask for the facial.
